1 out of 5 starsVery poor quality. I figured I could return the ring I ordered since it wasn’t anything listed in the exceptions list. It’s barely a tint of rose gold and the pictures don’t show how very thin it really is. The seller would not take it back or address my concerns. It took 3 messages from me, she berated me for not contacting her sooner and for not being aware of her family obligations. (?) It was the day after receipt of it. Finally agreed to take it back with a heap of added on charges including 20% restock. (?) She has a lot to learn about selling and building a successful business. I am keeping it but not because I want it. This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth and I am not likely to order from Etsy sellers again and will warn others.

I do create plus size jewelry through small sizes, if you would like something specific sized up or down, please let me know.
Care instructions
I offer jewelry in sterling silver and gold fill. Pure gold is unattainable for a lot of people, but purchasing gold plate isn’t really sensible either. With gold plate, you worry how long it will last before it starts to discolor your skin. Gold-fill is made of at least 5% gold, pressure bonded to jewelers' brass, which offers an alternative to pure gold that will not wear off, lasting a lifetime. Gold-fill is the next level and is an amazing quality alternative to solid gold. Sterling and gold will tarnish, however, the tarnish is easily removed with a jewelry polish cloth.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Your jewelry will come in a gift box ready for gift giving, if you would prefer a gift tag please send a note so that I can address it properly.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom and personalized orders are special and made to order, these items are made specifically for you. Because these items are made with a person in mind, returns will not be accepted.
How long does it take to process an order?
The current processing time is within 1-3 business days, and usually ships on the 4th business day.
do you accept returns?
If you have an item that has broken, please contact me right away. I will need to see the item so I can asses the damage, then we can discuss the possibility of repair or replacement. I will replace a defective chain, however, stretched and broken chains do not qualify for replacement. Items must be returned in the original condition it was received, there will be a 20% restocking fee for any item returned. The purchaser is responsible for RETURNED shipping fees, and item must be returned with tracking. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for the loss of value to the item. Please do not return an item without prior authorization. Once all conditions have been met, a refund will be disbursed.
